Where’s the plan for county court?

“A few weeks after announcing they would use eminent domain to buy the five-story former Shearson-Lehman building on Stroudsburg’s Main Street, commissioners are looking again at taking over Ramsey Elementary School just two blocks up Sixth Street. School district officials say they’d give the historic building to the county in order to save $240,000 a year to operate the small school.

That of course is a drop in the bucket for the district, which has spent more than $90 million to renovate and expand the high school. That move created more classroom space that will trickle down, Superintendent John Toleno says, to their no longer needing Ramsey.”
