Eminent domain approved for project: Needles City Council targets 14 parcels for Interstate 40 connector
“The city council unanimously approved 14 resolutions to use eminent domain for the Interstate 40 connector project during its Nov. 12 meeting.
The project is designed to improve the connection between Highway 95 and I-40. The route includes going from the K Street and Needles Highway intersection, along Needles Highway to N Street, over the bridge to Broadway then to J Street and up to the I-40 on and off ramps at J Street.”
