Clark to use eminent domain to widen Central Avenue, report says
“Clark councilmembers unanimously voted in favor of authorizing eminent domain proceedings in order to widen Central Avenue in preparation for the under-construction Clark Commons shopping center, according to a report by TAP into Clark.
The report says the town will seek to widen the westbound side of Central Avenue, affecting properties at 162 Central Avenue, 152 Central Avenue, 142 Central Avenue and 136 Central Avenue.”
