Delhi Twp. to use eminent domain for trail easement
“The township’s “Ram Trail” is scheduled to be constructed by 2015, using a $1.1-million state grant for a $1.8-million trail along Holt Road. The planned trail will be 1.5 miles and connect the community with the Holt Public Schools campus.
The trail will be similar in design to Mason’s Hayhoe Riverwalk trail and will require a 10 foot-wide pathway, or easement, along properties on Holt Road.”
