Sandy Springs May Use Eminent Domain For Sidewalk Project
“The Sandy Springs City Council on Tuesday will consider utilizing eminent domain to acquire temporary easements on four parcels needed for a sidewalk project.
The council will consider using the process to acquire temporary easements at 5903 Roswell Road, 5925 Roswell Road and 6196 Roswell Road for the Cliftwood Drive to Hammond Drive sidewalk project.
The meeting will begin Tuesday night at 6 p.m. at Sandy Springs City Hall.”
