“People who live around Horse Pen Creek Road in Greensboro want to know if their property, or part of it will be taken by eminent domain.
The city is spending $28 million to widen the road, which goes from New Garden Road to Battleground Avenue. Right now, it’s two lanes and the project will expand the road to four lanes.
There are 156 properties that will be affected by the project. “
