Holland Partner Group Begins Construction on Denver Transit-Oriented Development
“Denver—Holland Partner Group announced it’s starting construction on Platform at Union Station, a 287-unit, transit-oriented community in the Union Station neighborhood in Denver. Once complete, the community will be managed by Holland Residential, the operations division of Holland Partner Group.
Platform at Union Station will be a 21-story high-rise community with direct access to transportation. The units will feature 9-foot ceilings, oversized windows, patios and balconies and walk-in closets.
“The Platform at Union Station will offer residents phenomenal walkability to downtown Denver and all the city has to offer,” Clyde Holland, CEO of Holland Partner Group, tells MHN. “The community is just steps away from the new Union Station terminal, so residents will have quick and easy access to multiple modes of public transportation.””
