Norfolk company’s eminent domain trial postponed
“The Supreme Court last week agreed to hear the case of the housing agency versus PKO Ventures. The trial deals with the use of eminent domain in the handling of redevelopment near Old Dominion University.
Central Radio and PKO are two of four companies challenging the agency on the issue. All four companies are making the same argument and would be covered under the same ruling. A ruling on PKO could make Central Radio’s trial pointless.”
