Millcreek Township to Reimburse 500,000 in Legal Expenses
“Millcreek township will have to shell out hundreds of thousands of dollars in reimbursement for legal expenses in an eminent domain case.
Laurel Hirt oversees the Angela Cres Trust.and sued the Millcreek Township for more than two million dollars.
The dispute dates back to 2005, when Millcreek Township wanted to take control of a drainage ditch on the Cres Trust’s land to use for flood control.
