Pilgrim Pipeline proposes a $1 billion pipeline linking Albany with northern New Jersey, partly along the New York State Thruway.

Last week, the Sierra Club said it has letters between the company and a New Jersey homeowner in which lawyers for Pilgrim suggest it could take the private property by eminent domain to gain the surveying access it needs.”
