Public Hearing on Montclair Center Redevelopment Area, Possibility of Eminent Domain (UPDATED)
“On November 24 7:30 pm at the Montclair Council Chambers, the Township of Montclair Planning Board will hold a public hearing to determine whether any properties should be included in and designated as an “area in need of redevelopment.” Some properties of note are The Social Security building at 396 Bloomfield Avenue and The Wellmont Theater at 5 Seymour Street.”
