Roy Parking Lot Appraised for $53K; Owner Wants $85K
“Private Valuations, Inc., appraised the 0.17-acre parcel by Roy City Hall at $53,000. Roy City Council went into executive session Monday night following the regular meeting and returned with a motion: Roy Mayor Karen Yates is allotted to purchase the parking lot for $53,000. The balance must be paid within one year after closing or earlier, with interim monthly lease payments until the balance is paid in full.”
