Eminent domain could be used to take land around Fort Indiantown Gap

“Officials say they want to protect local property owners from stray bullets. About three million bullets are fired on the range each year.

Still, local property owners say they don’t want to sell their land.

The guard is planning to meet with property owners and appraisers will be sent out to determine the value of the land.”
