Readington, Solberg battle moves to courtroom
“The eight-year legal war between Readington Township and Solberg Airport may continue into June as the opening shots in the long-awaited courtroom battle were fired on Thursday.
Officials of the Hunterdon County municipality dating back more than a decade and a host of experts for both the township and the airport are expected to testify in the trial before Superior Court Judge Paul Armstrong that will be conducted two days a week in the Somerset County Courthouse. Armstrong, who is normally assigned criminal cases, presides over drug court judge two days a week.”
