“The Preservation of Rural Iowa Alliance (PRIA) was formed July 26, 2013, to assist landowners, tenants, families, businesses and community members in finding more information on how to stop the proposed Rock Island Clean Line (RICL) high-voltage transmission line project. This project includes 375 miles in 16 counties involving an estimated 1,247 private easements negatively impacting approximately 2,295 individuals.
