Oklahoma Stands Up to UN and Abuse of Eminent Domain
“A bill to protect private property rights and provide a layer of insulation from the United Nations’ Agenda 21 control is working its way through the State of Oklahoma, passing the State House on March 4th.
Rep. Lewis Moore, sponsor of the bill said, “This bill protects your private property from being acquired by eminent domain without a public vote or public hearing.”
The bill, HB2807, is called the “Oklahoma Community Protection Act.” It prohibits any state agency or political subdivision from adopting or implementing “policy recommendations that deliberately or inadvertently infringe upon or restrict private property rights without due process.”
The bill also voids any commitments which might presently exist under “sustainable development” or comparable Agenda 21 programs.”
