Airport board to move ahead with eminent domain
“It appears the Huron County Airport Authority will go forward with the eminent domain process to acquire 2 acres of property owned by the city of Norwalk at the airport.
“The current airport authority seeks to acquire the 2 acres in the only way possible due to certain legislative constraints placed upon the sale of city real estate. Acquiring these 2 acres via the eminent domain process is the only way possible,” said Carl Essex, airport authority president.”
