Victor’s High Street project still needs 32 easements
“The town got a tepid response from property owners in response to its eminent domain proceeding, necessary to upgrade a 2.8-mile section of High Street.
In order for the $4.35 million rehabilitation project to move ahead, 25 High Street property owners need to voluntarily turn over a portion of their parcels to make way for roadway, sidewalk and drainage improvements and a new biking/jogging lane.
