Sacramento to go ahead with eminent domain for arena
“The city of Sacramento council voted to move ahead with an eminent domain lawsuit to pick up the last piece of the land puzzle for a downtown arena.
The city council voted 7-2 on Tuesday night to file a lawsuit agains the owners of the former Macy’s men’s and furniture store at Downtown Plaza, according to the Sacramento Bee.”
