City to use eminent domain for AcuSport project
“Bellefontaine will take action to reclaim street right-of-way it gave up so that AcuSport Corp. can use the roadway as ingress for its $12 million expansion project.
Council members will consider two ordinances tonight in a rescheduled regular session to use eminent domain proceedings for a section of Henry Street right-of-way north of Reynolds Avenue.”
