Lexington to use eminent domain on one of the city’s busiest intersections
“Lexington’s Community Development Agency authorized the city to use its right of eminent domain Monday to acquire a tract of land it will use for economic development.
The 2.43 acres are on the southwest corner of Frontier Street and Plum Creek Parkway in what the city identifies as Redevelopment Area 1.”
