NLR School District Files For Eminent Domain
“Pre-construction continues for the new North Little Rock High School, but there are a few obstacles school officials still want to work out.
For example, the district recently filed a motion to use eminent domain for property at 2300 Main Street.
Right now, the area the district needs for construction is part of the parking lot at attorney Lisa Douglas’ office.”
