Eminent domain plans on hold
“St. Joseph has plans to build an East Side wastewater improvement area for a wastewater pump station, sewer treatment facility, a linear public park and general utility access cuts.
On Wednesday, the case was scheduled for a trial setting by Judge Patrick Robb, and a number of attorneys had filed motions for consideration. The judge put a halt to everything.
In order to avoid any possible conflict of interest. Mr. Robb recused himself. The case has been transferred to Judge Weldon Judah for assignment of another judge.”
