Condemnation Commission makes award decision
“Commissioner Robert Blakely said the three member Condemnation Commission made a decision regarding the award of just compensation today in regards to the eminent domain hearing held between the School District of Beloit and Anna Truckenbrod.
Blakely declined to say what the award was, but said he if filing the written award with the Clerk of Courts via a mailing to be sent out Thursday evening. The Clerk of Courts will then mail a copy to to the attorneys for the parties to the action.”
