Eminent Domain Forces a Rash Move in WLR
“A street improvement project in Little Rock means Ken Rash’s Casual Furniture will be moving from 7214 Cantrell Road to 11220 N. Rodney Parham Road, owner Lawrie Rash tells us.
Rash Properties LLC bought the 32,000-SF building, formerly known as Pleasant Valley Plaza, for $2.22 million last week. The seller: Pleasant Valley 182 LLC of Palm Beach, Fla.
Rash said she’ll be doing exterior renovations and converting the eight storefronts into five: a single 16,000-SF space for Ken Rash’s, three that will be available for lease, and the remaining space that will continue to be occupied by Delicious Temptations.”
