Dillard’s wants eminent-domain case dismissed
“Dillard’s Inc., the retailer that owns the real estate its store occupies at the Twin Peaks Mall in Longmont, wants the city’s eminent-domain action dismissed, according to the Boulder County Business Report.
Acting as the Longmont Urban Renewal Authority, the city is asking for permission to seize the store so that redevelopment of the mall can begin. A Boulder District Court judge is slated to hear the case this morning.”
