Longmont wins battle over Dillard’s
“Dillard’s has lost its title to the property it owns at the Twin Peaks Mall in Longmont, the Times-Call reports.
Control of the retailer’s property has delayed redevelopment plans for the mall, but Monday’s ruling by a Boulder County District Court judge will enable that effort to proceed. Judge D.D. Mallard agreed with the Longmont Urban Renewal Authority that the mall is blighted, and ruled the title to the Dillard’s store must be turned over to the authority.”
