Judge rules against Readington’s efforts to take Solberg Airport land
“A judge has dismissed Readington Township’s amended complaint seeking to acquire lands surrounding Solberg Airport through eminent domain.
The decision doesn’t end the case, which has been in the courts for years. But the Solberg family sees this latest decision as favorable to them.
“I’ve read her conclusions; she tends to support our position,” Thor Solberg said this morning of Ciccone’s ruling.”
