Victorville settles with church
“he City Council on Tuesday is expected to approve a settlement agreement with First Assembly of God of Victorville, ending the last eminent domain case of the La Mesa/Nisqualli interchange project, according to a city official.
In May 2010, the city sought to use portions of the church property at 15260 Nisqualli Road for the interchange project. According to a report submitted by City Attorney Andre de Bortnowsky and associated counsel, the city will give the church $2.5 million for those parts of the property.”
