“Acquiring property by eminent domain for the project to widen Claribel Road to four lanes and put signals at the Coffee Road intersection. Officials said the county needs to acquire an 1,100-square-foot house and storage shed on 0.69 acres at 1743 Claribel Road. The county has offered $85,000 based on an appraisal; the owners have not responded.”
