Boulder County assessor sets $2.9 million value on Longmont Dillard’s
“The valuation of Dillard’s has dropped by a little more than 22 percent in two years, according to the Boulder County Assessor’s Office.
The county’s new appraisal of the department store rings in at $2,934,600. That undercuts the roughly $3.8 million estimate the county made in 2010, as well as the $3.5 million buyout offer that the Twin Peaks Mall owners made in late March.
