Macclenny plans to use eminent domain to take 114 acres from Rayonier
“The Macclenny City Commission is preparing to take 114 acres from Rayonier Inc. for a sewage sludge disposal site for the city.
A month after suing the Jacksonville-based company the city commission is readying itself to use the state’s power of eminent domain to take the property from the company, the Baker County Press reports.”
