City Having To Use Eminent Domain On Some Missionary Ridge Tracts
“City officials said they are having to use eminent domain to gain access to several tracts on Missionary Ridge in connection with core drilling related to planned major improvements at the narrow Wilcox Tunnel.
Officials said access is needed to several lots for the testing. They said those are “view lots” and not home sites.”
