Renovation of old Colorado National Bank building 30 percent complete

“The developer received National Park Service approval for historic-preservation tax incentives, and the Denver Urban Renewal Authority approved tax-increment financing to help bridge the financial gap — up to $10 million, which will be paid by taxes generated by the project.

The renovation has the wholehearted approval of Historic Denver, whose executive director, Annie Levinsky, said: ” We’ve had conversations with Stonebridge since they first acquired the building, and we’re pleased with the attention they’re giving to all the details. They realize it’s a very special building, and they appreciate the history of it.”
