ABC News introduces viewers to one man who was bothered by the Supreme Court decision on eminent domain. He was hardly the only one. The decision — which allows local governments to seize private property to make way for commercial development deemed in the best interest of the community — caught many by surprise. Logan Darrow Clements is not taking the decision lying down. To prove his point that the decision is wrong-headed, he gathers signatures in the town of Weare, N.H., so that the town can seize the private property of one resident in order to build a hotel. Which resident? Supreme Court Justice David Souter, naturally. Correspondent: Bob Woodruff.
