The land is east of Interstate 75 and Bonita Springs and is part of a South Florida Water Management District project to restore historic flow ways in the south portion of Lee County. According to district records, William S. Cobb and Christina Kunz will receive $122,500 for their 5-acre lot. Gary Kaminski’s property fetched $108,500.
