Some unhappy with eminent domain process for Arterial project
Since the North-South Arterial reconstruction project was announced, Lytle has watched during the past few years as a $250,000-a-year business withered to barely $36,000. Lytle is not at peace with the state’s decision, but said he is not angry, either. “It’s progress,” he said. “It’s eminent domain. There’s nothing you can do about it.”
