Eminent Domain Could Demolish 300 Homes in Arkansas
As many as 300 homes could be seized through eminent domain to build a technology park in Little Rock, Ark. Fuelled by a $22 million sales tax, the Little Rock Technology Park Authority is trying to build a $54 million new tech park as a “business incubator” near two universities.
