MSTI fight not over yet, big issue is eminent domain
Over the last four years NorthWestern Energy has spent over $14 million in an attempt to build the 430-mile Mountain States Transmission Intertie (MSTI) power line that would run through Montana and into Idaho. Last week a decision was made by NorthWestern Energy to put on hold the development of this transmission line.
