Silverthorne voters crush bid to limit town’s power
“Silverthorne voters rejected an effort Tuesday to revise the town’s charter to limit the use of eminent domain. In a special election prompted by some homeowners along a contested section of the town’s uncompleted Blue River Trail recpath, 68 percent of voters opted against the proposed amendment.”
