Ball State University Board considers property acquisition

“The Ball State University Board of Trustees has scheduled a special meeting on Friday regarding the proposed acquisition of property, possibly for a $25 million hotel, dormitory, conference center and restaurants.

Although the agenda doesn’t identify the property, there are only two items on the list of business to be considered: the proposed acquisition of property and the proposed McKinley Commons.
