‘Little Pink House’ movie gets April release date

 
“The film “Little Pink House,” about the eminent domain battle in New London, is scheduled for a limited theater release on April 20, with a cinema-on-demand element.

The information was reported in The Hollywood Reporter and on the film’s Facebook page. The movie’s distributor is Dada Films.

“Little Pink House,” based on the book of the same name by Jeff Benedict, focuses on Susette Kelo, who fought to keep her home in the Fort Trumbull neighborhood in the face of eminent domain; the case went all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court in 2005. The movie stars Catherine Keener, featured in “Get Out,” as Kelo.
