Union Township man challenging plan by Geigertown Area Joint Authority for his property
“A Union Township man is challenging the Geigertown Area Joint Authority’s plans to install a sewer pump station on his property.
Richard C. Wallace, 68, is one of nine property owners whose land has been subject to an easement agreement or condemnation order to make way for a new 6-mile sewer system that will transport waste from the Geigertown area to the Birdsboro wastewater treatment plant.”
