Utility authority should pay family for using land
“A jury has ordered the Harrison County Utility Authority to pay a South Mississippi woman and her son $30,000 in an eminent domain case.
The Walker family sued the utility authority claiming the group took too much of their Woolmarket property and didn’t pay them what it was worth.”
