Eminent domain meeting set for landowners affected by pipeline
“Two eminent domain attorneys from Columbus will hold a free informational meeting next week for landowners affected by the Marathon Cornerstone and ET Rover pipelines.
William Goldman and Michael Braunstein will speak at 6 p.m., Nov. 6, at Atwood Lake Resort in Sherrodsville. The meeting is for landowners in Belmont, Carroll, Harrison, Jefferson, Stark and Tuscarawas counties.
Some of the topics will include how to get the most money for an easement, how to protect property during and after construction and how to ensure that land is restored after the pipeline is installed, according to a press release.”
