TransCanada moving ahead with talks with landowners
“As a Nebraska Supreme Court decision on the future of the Keystone XL pipeline looms, representatives from the project are moving ahead in talks with landowners along the route.
Under LB 1161, the law that gave Gov. Dave Heineman the power to approve the pipeline’s route, those behind the project have until late January 2015 to initiate action to acquire land rights, said Andrew Craig, the Keystone Projects land manager based in Omaha.”
