County could use eminent domain to finish Snowden Farm Parkway
“The owners of approximately 16 acres of land needed to extend Snowden Farm Parkway could see their land taken by eminent domain.
Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett is asking the County Council to “advance take” the land, the county’s way of invoking its right to eminent domain and assuming ownership of the land against the property owners’ will by having the land condemned.”
