TransCanada sends landowners letter about eminent domain
“While Corey Goulet, president of the Keystone XL Pipeline project for TransCanada, traveled around Nebraska to talk with certain groups and media companies, the company was also sending letters to landowners about starting the eminent domain process.
Goulet told the Norfolk Daily News (NDN) this week that part of the reason for the visit to Nebraska is because of the letter sent to landowners along the route.”
